Guest Molly Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 RockWorks Contour Lines settings, displayed in all Options windows where contour maps are created, offer Regular intervals and Custom intervals for your contour lines. "Regular" intervals means that the contours will be drawn and labeled every X number of feet or meters. The program can pick a good contour interval for your Z value range, automatically, and will by default label every fifth contour. If you want to set the contour and labeling interval yourself, be sure to insert a check in the Confirm Intervals box. "Custom" intervals means that RockWorks will read a contour interval table you have created which lists the actual z-value to be represented by the contour line, the line style, thickness, and color, and label, if any. See the Help messages' discussion of RockWorks Tables and Libraries for details.
