How to create a cross-section from thickness data

I have an issue in creating cross section in Rockworks 15, could you teach me how can I create cross section in Rockworks 15?

You know, I already watched some video from youtube but I can not do it becasue I dont understand what kind of data need to be prepared to inport in this software for creating Cross section. Please watch my data in figure below.
