mdas
Hi, I want to calculate the mean Jaccard's coefficient using MVSP for the microbial community in my two leaf sample(maple and oak). I already have a binary data matrix for presence or absence of taxa. When I use MVSP on that similarity matrix to calculate the Jaccard's coeff using cluster analyses, it gives me a distance matrix and a dendogram. But i want to know how to get: 1) mean values of the Jaccard coeff between all maple samples 2)mean values of the Jaccard coeff between all oak samples 3) mean values of the Jaccard coeff between maple and oak samples. Can someone please help me ASAP??? Thanks, Mitali.
