Error: LCMS corrupted. Please contact Rockware.

I,m trying install Rockworks2004 from Rockware website. Try once, my system crash. Try twice, this error message appears: "Error: LCMS corrupted. Please contact Rockware". I don´t know what happens. Somebody can help me?

Sorry about my caveman english. I´m from Brasil and starts to study english last month.
