Guest Molly Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 This error can occur if you are using incompable versions of the program and network LIC (license) file. For example, you might have an older license file but recently installed an updated revision of the program from our web site. Or you might have received a new license file and are logging in with an older version of the program. If you need a new license file, contact unlock@rockware.com to request a new LIC file. In the email be sure to include Your Name, Your Company Name, Registration Number (appears on a sticker on the CD and in the manual.) the number of seats purchased, and the reason for the request. If you need an updated version of the program, visit ww.rockware.com/download.html. It's probably a good idea to update all your computers to run the latest version of RockWorks.
