Error: "This program requires at least 3 data points."

Hi, I'm trying to grid a datasheet (XYZ -> GRID) with a few points (more than 3), but keep getting above error. I have adjusted the dimensions according to input data.

Can you have a look at the input and the menu settings? Files below.

I believe the problem has to do with the ' character in the elevation column (used as the thousandths separator).  If you remove this, I believe that the program will work as intended.  Could you please give this a try and let me know how it goes?

Hi Alison, thanks! Yes, this was the problem. The error message distracted me to a wrong direction. I had copied the data from a GIS-System which had the thousandths separator in the data but I didn't notice.
