Peter Schuerch Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 When opening a 3d Fence project or combining 3d Fence objects to save under a new project I get an error that refers to access violations and lists memory addresses.
Peter Schuerch Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 Newest update is installed and computer has been restarted since.
Peter Schuerch Posted January 31, 2023 Author Posted January 31, 2023 This is the error-message we get.
Alison Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 Hi Peter, We will start looking into this now, but may need some additional information from you to diagnose the problem. What kind of fence diagram are you working with (I/P/T-Data, Lithology, Stratigraphy, etc.). If you are able to contact us at tech@rockware.com with some examples of problematic RW3D files, it will probably help us determine what is going on more quickly). Best Regards, Alison

Andrew_EA Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Hello I am having the same issue when I attempt to generate a image to solid model. I have a series of vertical resistivity image transects that I brought in as images. Now I am attempting to model the colors using the method shown in the RockWorks YouTub Color Modeling from Vertical Images. I have sent additional information in via a bug report email.
