ERROR: disk I/O error

My coworker keeps getting the same error and can't acces Rockworks.

 

We use the same RockWorks project, but I don't get this error, so it may be a problem on his computer specific?

That particular error message is a Windows error message that typically signifies that that the user does not have read/write capabilities. Where is the RockWorks project stored and can you confirm they have access to that location?
