JimReed
Are you using the ModOps / Grid / Export / ESRI Shape tool to perform the export or the ModOps / Grid / Export / ESRI ASCII tool?

wondimagegn
what I want is to tranform the model layers in to asci file so that I used it in ModelMuse and prepare a visualize thickness map on ArcGIS .
JimReed
Thanks. I don't have RockWorks17, so I'll need to second-guess a bit. Do you get this menu when you select the Shape export in RockPlot3D?

JimReed
Just saw your message about ModelMuse and it sounds like the RockPlot3D export is not the way to go. Basically, it's exporting grids and then draping colored triangles over the surfaces. Instead, I would use the Grid / Export / ESRI ASCII option. Unfortunately, you will need to do this for each surface.
JimReed
We can add a tool to perform a bulk export for all the stratigraphic surfaces but would have to go into RockWorks2022.
