Impossible to generate a Log

Good morning,

yesterday Windows update some files and after that I cannot generate any Log, once i try, the system stop showing "checking printer orientations" as message.

As well, If I try to check the configuration of the printer via LogPlot, the software crash.

Any suggestion?

Hi Christian

Do you have a default printer established in the Windows control panel?

What revision of LogPlot is installed?
