Dimension of the inclined flow model

4 posts in this topic

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Lang Zhou. I would like to set up a inclined flow model (5cm*0.0436cm*2cm), just like the picture shows. However, though layer editor to control the elevation of the cell tops, I just could make a model with 2 vertical boundaries. So I was wondering how could I get the ideal model as the first picture shows. Thank you!

Best regards,

Lang

Dear Lang Zou,

You cannot create a grid with non-vertical boundaries in PetraSim. You would have to rotate the gravity vector about a flat grid to get the model you want. To do this, go to Properties / Global Properties and click on the Misc. tab.

Best Regards,

Alison
