Edward Hakanson Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Hi, When I start up Rockworks 16 Level 5 I get a message that there is a previously installed update of the program on my computer but when I try to install it, it says that the file is corrupt.
Guest Molly Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Hi Edward, This error can sometimes be displayed if the automatic download has been interrupted. You can avoid this message by manually downloading and installing the update: 1. Go to www.rockware.com. 2. Select the Downloads | Product Updates menu. 3. Scroll down to the RockWorks16 section. 4. Click the Download link displayed there. 5. Save the installation program to your computer (Desktop or Downloads). This is a 143 MB file - it should take a few minutes to download. 6. When the download is complete, run the installation. Do not uninstall the existing copy first. 7. When the installation is complete, start RockWorks16. Let us know if you have additional questions!
