PetraSim convergence problems

I am running some 1D models to monitor mineral changes with TOUGHREACT and ECO2N. I have convergence problems when:

1) I change from Isothermal to Non Isothermal.

2) Adding salt mass to initial conditions.

The error that constantly marks is a "Singular matrix in chemical solver".

I want to model the interaction of fluids of different temperatures and salinities and how they affect the mineralogy of a rock.

Any ideas on what should I do?
