TomB 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2015 A customer reported that he was getting a bug report in RockWorks 16 2015.1.21. The error message from the bug report states the following. exception message : Cannot create file "C:\ProgramData\RockWare\CustColor.txt". Access is denied. This message indicates that the customer does not have access to the folder containing this file. He was able to resolve the problem by setting the permissions for the folder. I went into the folder settings on the C:\ProgramData\RockWare\ folder and set the permissions to allow full access to users. It works now.
