Logview error at launch

Hi all, first post here.

Just installed logview7 on a new desktop and found the attached error message after double click the program.

It doesn't initiate at all.

have uninstalled and reinstalled already. Any ideas would be helpful.

Welcome to the forum!

The picture you attached indicates that there is a "bug report" with information about the error. Please try starting up LogView and if you see this error window, click the "Send Bug Report" button, and send the report to: tech @ rockware.com

That will give us more complete information about what is causing the error, and we can reply by email.
