The RockWorks15 stopped responding and had to be closed through the task manager. The next time I tried to open it and it said the user is already logged in. I had to use another username.

Is there a way to log out the previously logged-in users?

Hi swar,

Delete the ".log" file that resides in the same folder on the network drive as the RockWorks license manager ".lic" file. The .log file and the .lic file will have the same name (e.g. "mylicense.lic" will have an accompanying "mylicense.log" file). The next time you log into the license, the log file will be recreated.
