Error when starting ReportWorks

Hi Benjamin,

I would first try rebooting your computer - your system has been running for over a month.

If that does not solve the problem, I would reinstall the program, following these steps:

1. Click on this link:

http://www.rockware.com/assets/products/165/product_demo/100/rockworks15_installation.exe

2. When prompted, click the Save button, to save the file to your local computer (e.g. desktop). Choose a different location than where you saved your previous download (if any).

3. When the download has completed, you can run the installation. IMPORTANT: Do not uninstall the existing RockWorks first.

4. When the installation has completed, you can start up the RockWorks15 program.

If this does not solve the problem, please contact our support staff by email with the "bug report" (support@rockware.com).
