Importing a geologic map for lithology model

Can I import a geologic map such as an autocad dxf file and use it in my lithology model? I'm looking to get a more accurate representation of the lithology contacts on my cross-sections?

There's no direct way to have an imported geologic map influence a 3D lithology model, from which your cross sections are sliced. You might, however, be able to use that geologic map to determine the locations of shallow dummy boreholes you can introduce into the project with the defined lithology types. Reinterpolation of the 3D lith model with the addition of the dummy holes might give you a better representation of the lith materials, at least along the upper portions of the model.

There is also a solid model editor which might be of use. You can load your lithology MOD file into the Solid | Edit | 3D and interactively edit it there. The Help file has step-by-step instructions about how to use this tool.
