Color change in lith description column?

How can I effectively insert color change descriptions that fall within the same lithology/soil description without divider lines appearing? Also, is it possible to display dashed lines for inferred lithology descriptions at certain depth intervals/ ie. not applied to the entire log?

Starting with LP2005 we added an Interbed data type. Use the same column Name a your lithology and enter your intervals and keywords. Contacts can only be added to the main Lithology sheet.
