kratos Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 On installing the latest version of Rockworks14 in my windows XP laptop, after installation, an error pop up window (Rockworks Licensing) pops up requesting for Rockworks License reset code. The error is shown as an HKLM error or Error 61. I have tried deleting Rockworks14 file from the HKLM registry and re-installing but it still did not work also attempted running a registry scan and fix and then re-installing but did not help either. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks
Alison Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 RockWare will have to issue you a license reset code to get you up and running again. Please contact our technical support department directly about this, as we cannot give you the correct codes via the forum. Thanks, Alison
