This file conversion tool can be used to convert output from the TOUGHREACT v3.3 simulator into the mesh.csv, react.csv files used for results visualization in the PetraSim interface. The conversion tool requires the following input:

1. Select the MESH output file created during the TOUGHREACT v3.3 simulation run
2. The name of the output CSV file being created. User should select mesh when converting flow results and react when converting chemical data.
3. The TOUGHREACT output file. The output file should be in a "TecPlot" format (KDATA = 4 in flow.inp). Choose flowdata.tec when creating the mesh.csv file and plot.out and soild.out when creating the react.csv file.
4. Output files should be placed in the same directory as the PetraSim SIM file.

A conversion tool for vector output (typically included in the conn.csv file) is not currently available.
