RockWare Unlock Request Form

Use this form to request a code to transform your limited/trial software – RockWorks, LogPlot, GWB Essentials, AqQA, QuickSurf, or SmartImage - into the full version.

You must first have (1) purchased a license and (2) registered your license (using the Register Software link to the left) before requesting the unlocking code.

We will not sell your contact information to a third party.

	Select the product that you are unlocking, and fill in the license registration number. The registration number is printed on a sticker that can be found on your installation CD, your user manual, your sales receipt, or an email receipt from RockWare.
