RockWorks Utilities Support Policy

RockWare offers the following support options for the RockWorks Utilities:

If you have purchased a different product from us, please review the manual for the developer's contact information.  If you can'td determine how to get in touch with the developer, please contact RockWare, and we would be happy to supply you with the developer's phone number, web site, and/or email address. 


Each Single-User and Multiple-User/Single-Computer license of RockWorks Utilities comes with free email support.  Email support is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m (Mountain Standard Time), Monday - Friday, excluding standard U.S. holidays.

Send your inquiry to tech@rockware.com.  Please include:

  • The name of the program that you are using (e.g. RockWorks Utilities).
  • The revision of the program (e.g. 7.8.8).  In RockWorks Utilities this is typically listed in the title bar at the top of the program window.
  • Your license registration number (e.g. "RWU9999")
  • A thorough description of the question or problem.  ("It doesn't work" does not qualify as a thorough description.)
  • Your contact information.


Each Single-User and Multiple-User/Single-Computer license of the RockWorks Utilities is offered with thirty (30) minutes of telephone support free of charge, for six months from date of purchase.  After 30 minutes or 6 months, support is $2.00 per minute ($120/hour).

Phone support is available for RockWorks Utilities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Mon - Fri, excluding standard U.S. holidays.  Please call 303-278-3534 to receive phone suppport for the RockWorks Utilities.  Please supply:

  • The name of the program that you are using (e.g. RockWorks Utilities).
  • The revision of the program (e.g. 7.8.8). In RockWorks Utilities this is typically listed in the title bar at the top of the program window.
  • Your license registration number (e.g. "RWU9999")
  • A thorough description of the question or problem. ("It doesn't work" does not qualify as a thorough description.)
