LogPlot Support Policy

RockWare offers the following support options for LogPlot:

If you have purchased a different product from us, please review the manual for the developer's contact information. If you are unable to find any contact information then please contact RockWare, we would be happy to supply you with the contact information of the developer.



Each license of LogPlot comes with free email support. Network license email support is limited to designated individuals. Email support is offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Mon - Fri, excluding standard U.S. holidays.

Send your inquiry to tech@rockware.com. Please include:

  • The name of the program that you are using (e.g. Logplot 7)
  • The revision of the program (e.g. 7.8.8). In LogPlot this is typically listed in the title bar at the top of the program window.
  • Your license registration number (e.g. LP07CS9999)
  • As thorough a description of the question or problem as possible. ("It doesn't work" does not qualify as a thorough description.)
  • Your contact information.


Each Single License or individual seat of a Network License of LogPlot is offered with thirty (30) minutes of telephone support free of charge, for six months from date of purchase.  After 30 minutes or 6 months, support is $2.00 per minute ($120/hr).

Phone support is available for LogPlot from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Mon - Fri, excluding standard U.S. holidays. Please call (303) 278-3534 to receive phone support for LogPlot™.  Please supply:

  • The name of the program that you are using (e.g. LogPlot 7)
  • The revision of the program (e.g. 7.8.8). In LogPlot this is typically listed in the title bar at the top of the program window.
  • Your license registration number (e.g. LP7CS9999). The RockWare support staff will note the amount technical support you have used and notify you when your technical support has expired or been used up
  • As thorough a description of the question or problem as possible. ("It doesn't work" does not qualify as a thorough description.)
  • Your contact information.

Rates for on-site technical session are negotiable. Please call for pricing and reservations.



LogPlot Support Forum

The LogPlot Support Forum is an independent group of users who share comments and results and answer questions of general interest. This is the best place to start for software support.

The group also serves as a bulletin board for posting announcements, bug notices, patches, and other current information about the LogPlot software.
