Enhancements in MARS 7.1

Various enhancements to Filter Options interfaces to make them more consistent
Default No Data Value in 'ESRI Float Grid to ERDAS IMG' raster tool changed to -9999
Elevation options added to the 'Drape Poly' tool on the 'Breakline Toolbar'
Synthetic LiDAR points used to create an LAS 1.4 format file will be properly bit-flagged
'Inspect' tool has been enhanced with information about bit flag status for several properties
'Remove Duplicates in LAS' toolbox tool now puts the removed points into a separate file
'GPS Time Format' section removed from Export type LAS and 'Filter Selected Tiles' interfaces
'Fast TIN' checkbox added to the 'Edit Feature Definitions' interface
'Fast TIN' status bar has been added to the bottom of the main viewing window
