If you purchased a single-user license, RockWare grants to a single designated person the right to use one copy of the RockWorks Utilities on one computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you. You may install a second copy for your exclusive use on a portable computer so long as the only user of the Software is the single designated person.

If you purchased a multiple-user/single-computer license, RockWare grants to an unlimited number of persons the right to use one copy of RockWorks Utilities on one computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you. Access of the Software over a network is prohibited. Only one user is permitted to use the Software at a time and simultaneous users accessing the Software, whether on a networked system or by any other means, is prohibited.
