RockWare uses United Parcel Service as its preferred shipping vendor. We can also ship via FedEx, Airborne or DHL by customer request.

Customers requesting express shipping services can expect their items to ship the same day as long the order is placed during RockWare business hours, and all items are in stock.

RockWare will gladly ship using a client's shipping account given the client provides the account number while ordering

Unfortunately, due to vendor and government embargo restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all countries.

RockWare is unable to sell or ship any products to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.  Transfer or resale of software licenses to users in these countries is prohibited.
