Displaying Air Temperature by Elevation

Check out our new YouTube video which illustrates air temperature contour maps displayed in Google Earth at varying elevations.

Use RockWorks to generate a color contour map representing concentrations, temperatures, structural elevations, production values, etc.

Then choose File | Export | KMZ to export the map to Google Earth. You can clamp the map to the ground, float it relative to the ground, or float it at a specific elevation.

By repeating this process with sequential maps, you can create the effect displayed in our video, above.

And, it's scriptable - create the maps and Google Earth output using RCL scripts.
