Tips
RockWorks15: Sharing Data with LogPlot7
RockWorks15 database records can be read directly into LogPlot7 for easy sharing - use RockWorks for project-wide display and modeling, and use LogPlot for your detailed boring/drillhole logs.
1. Open your RockWorks15 project folder into LogPlot7's File Manager pane.
2. There you'll see any existing DAT (data) files, LDFX (log design) files, and LPT (graphic log) files. You'll also see a RockWorks MDB heading. The names of the boreholes in the RockWorks database will be listed there.

3. Double-click on any borehole name, and see the RockWorks data displayed in LogPlot data tabs.
4. File / Save the data as a LogPlot DAT file if you want to save a LogPlot version, though it's not necessary.
5. Be sure the log design you want to use is open in the Design tab.
6. Compile your log.
