RockWorks15 contains tools which allow you to see quick plan-view, profile-view, and 3D diagram-views of individual holes, as well as generate a listing of XYZ points along the well trace.

Just click on the inclined or deviated drillhole you wish to analyze, and select the Borehole Survey option from the Striplogs menu. Choose any/all of the diagram and report types.
